George Gray Winery is obliged to refund the amount paid by the user if:
The product purchased by the customer was not delivered to the customer within 3 hours after payment;
The delivered product does not match the purchased one;
The product is damaged during delivery.
Return terms are valid for 12 hours after delivery of the product.
If a customer mistakenly indicates the desired product at the time of purchase,
